Back on the Road

Great run today, after being sick for the past 7 days and taking a extra day just to be sure.  Time was slower then what I wanted, but should be able to imporve on it. Over all did better then I thought I would, was only planning on running 6miles today.

Sat Run

Nice cool easy run.  No hurry today, just wanted to take it easy.  Foot was feeling better then on the my last run of only 3 miles.  So chiropractor must of adjusted something.
